We had a wonderful time in Rapallo. Zhanna’s apartment was well located in the center of town within walking distance of everything Rapallo has to offer. We stayed for 2 weeks and felt right at home. There is everything you could possibly need .. great amenities including air conditioning, a washing machine, a fully stocked kitchen, a lovely modern bathroom with great water pressure & a comfortable bed. Highly recommend!
Zhanna’s place was excellent to explore Rapallo and the region — right in the centre with easy access to the water front. Check-in instructions were very timely and super easy to follow. Italy has specific requirements for check-in re ID and Zhanna was very flexible to help us navigate the requirements in a very trustworthy way. We wished we had stayed longer! Would definitely go back again.
Location is hard to beat. Right on a lovely little square in the centre of town, beach and promenade a short walk away, and some seriously good focaccia and coffee just around the corner. The alleys nearby are full of good restaurants and bars. Great jumping off point for Portofino, Santa Margherita and Cinque Terre. The place itself is very clean, tidy and has everything you need. New appliances throughout, mini-split AC in every room, and the automatic shutters block out light and noise completely. Slept amazing after long days the host was great, clear instructions for checkin and logistics, and attentive.

Zhanna was always available to answer our messages! Their home was beautiful and exactly what you need for a wonderful vacation in Rapallo! We spent one day walking to Portofino (2 hours from the apartment all along the water) which was the most beautiful activity! 10/10 recommend!

My friends and I had an amazing stay in Rapallo at this Airbnb. The Airbnb was beautiful and very spacious. All four of us were very comfortable. There are great food spots very nearby and lots to do along the coast. The host are also very kind and went out of their way to grab my sunglasses from a café, which I had left them at. I definitely recommend this Airbnb to anybody visiting the area.
Really great place to stay for a few days in Rapallo, good use of space and super easy to get to from the train and down to the water. We were always looked after with any questions we had.

The flat is very clean and tidy, exactly as shown in the pictures. Zhanna was always available and gave us tips for Rapallo and the surrounding area. The location is perfect, very central. We would recommend the apartment at any time.
We really loved staying at Zhanna’s place. It was so cute and clean. The train station was a very easy to walk and the main town center, delicious food, and public beaches were also only a quick walk away. We would definitely stay here again!
A really nice apartment in a perfect location in Rapallo, within walking distance of everything and perfect for being able to take the bus to Portofino one day. The apartment was really nice with three balconies! Well cleaned. Nice host. The only thing that could be negative is the noise from outside in the morning/evening. There’s a bit of noise from the town, but it wasn’t a problem for us.
The accommodation is very well located near the train station, the beach and restaurants. The host is very responsive. The apartment had everything you needed.

I agree with everything said in the previous reviews. The place is very new and nicely done. The location is great, only minutes to everything. It is obviously well insulated as we didn’t hear anything with the bedroom window closed and it is a busy area. No noise issue and for warmer times there is AC. Zhanna and her local team rates 6 out of 5 for immediate responsiveness. Anything I enquired about was quickly provided, you cannot do better than with this Host. Great stay at this property. The location is great, right in the centre of Rapallo, where everything is easily accessible on foot. The flat is very beautiful, with high-quality materials, incredible bedding... the crockery, the storage... everything has been chosen with great taste! We really enjoyed this accommodation for our family of 4; it is perfect! A bit of noise to note, though... being right in the centre also has its drawbacks.
We had a very nice stay at Zhanna’s. The apartment is lovely and confortable. Rapallo is a lovely location from which we easily got to the Cinque Terre and to Portofino. Seaside restaurants are very good as well.
We had the best stay at Zhanna’s beautiful apartment. The location was fantastic and we loved sitting on the balcony over looking the square in the evenings. The apartment is very modern, stylish and well equipped. It was perfectly clean and comfortable for myself, my husband and two small children although I think it would also be great for a group of 4 adults. The beds were super comfortable and the roll down shutters appreciated to keep the sun away so we could sleep in. We loved staying here and highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay! The flat was very nice, clean and perfectly located — really central, so we could get to everything quickly. There was really nothing missing. Our hosts, Zhanna and Sabina, were incredibly kind, helpful and took very good care of us. You felt immediately welcome and comfortable. We stayed there for a week with our three children, and it was simply perfect for us. We wholeheartedly recommend the flat, as well as Zhanna and Sabina, and would come back at any time!
There were four of us with our children in Zhanna’s apartment and we were surprised how pretty, clean and well-maintained the newly renovated apartment was, as the building did not look so pretty from the outside. It had a lot of storage space for luggage and thicker winter jackets, which we were very happy about in February. The kitchen was superbly furnished with everything you need. We often enjoyed the view of the lively square with restaurants and cafes from the balcony. However, it was very noisy at times during the night because of young people who spent the night in the square — in the middle of the town that is also a bit of the experience. The apartment is great located to explore everything on foot, we were able to park the car 10 min walk away for free. We enjoyed the week in the stylish apartment very much and can highly recommend the hostess Zhanna.
A very beautiful and brand new apartment. After renovation, it is warm, cozy, with everything you need. The location is ideal: 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the promenade. Everything is in the center. I really liked the beautiful apartment, definitely recommend it!

I had a great time in this accommodation: central area, really convenient to get to the sea (even in December it is always nice to go to the beach!). You can see that the house has been well renovated. The co-host was very helpful, despite some language issues. The price seems high, but few places offer an apartment like this, so it’s all balanced out.
The apartment is beautiful, newly renovated and very well furnished. It is located in the center, so it is very convenient to get around on foot and is a stone’s throw from the sea. The check-in instructions are very clear and Zhanna responded quickly every time we wrote to her. I highly recommend it.
