The result is a boutique stay in Malcesine that feels connected to its past while offering the comfort and ease of modern living.The colour palette draws directly from its surroundings. Deep red and green reference the historic tennis courts of the residence, while softer natural tones echo the landscape of Lake Garda — the blue of the water, sun-warmed earth, Mediterranean vegetation and the mountains beyond. Carefully selected materials, tactile surfaces and refined details bring depth and warmth to the interior without losing its sense of lightness.

I absolutely loved my stay here!!! The location is wonderful, and having a tennis court and a swimming pool on the property is simply amazing. The host was incredibly kind and recommended so many activities and places nearby that I honestly wished I could have stayed longer to experience them all. At the same time, the apartment itself made it surprisingly difficult to leave ahah, because I simply wanted to spend more time home enjoying it fully. The design is absolutely beautiful. I can see that every detail has been thoughtfully projected with great care and a real love for architecture. It’s visible how much attention was given to the design of the apartment, and there is a clear professional touch throughout the space. As an architect myself, this was particularly meaningful to me and made the stay even more special!! I would definitely recommend these apartments. I can imagine them being a wonderful place to stay at any time of year, and I would be very happy to return!
Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie war top ausgestattet. In der Küche gab es alle notwendigen Materialien. Zhanna und Sonna waren sehr zuvorkommend! Den Pool konnten wir mit Badekappen einwandfrei benutzen. Die Anlage und Wohnung war sehr sauber und entspricht den Fotos. Wir waren zu 4. und der Platz war ausreichend. Der Gardasee ist fußläufig in ca. 10 min zu erreichen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :) Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!
Wir waren vermutlich die ersten Gäste, daher war noch alles makellos. Die Messer scharf, die Töpfe und Pfannen ohne Kratzer. Alles was super sauber. Unendlich viele Ablagemöglichkeiten. Viele Grundlagen wie Salz, Pfeffer, Tee, Mülltüten Spülmaschinentabs, Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Einzig die Geschirrtücher sind nicht sonderlich saugfähig. Gefehlt hat uns vorab die Info, dass man den Pool nur mit Badekappe nutzen darf. Dar wir im Ort keine gefunden haben, konnten wir den Pool nicht nutzen. Nicht schlimm, der See ist 10-15 Gehminuten entfernt. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es viel zu erleben und trotzdem ist es ruhig.
